We use mayonnaise as an occasional condiment and in such small amounts anyway! :)<br />I do have a recipe for paleo mayo if you're interested!<br />Mayonnaise:<br />1 egg, 1 T lemon juice, 1/4 dry mustard, 1/2 C olive oil 1/2 C flaxseed oil...blend egg, lemon juice and mustard in blender. Slowly add oils until mayo is thick. Store in sealed container for up to 7 days.
