Turkey Meatballs- 3-4 meatballs (3 blocks protein/ 1 block fat)
2 cups broccoli/ cauliflower mixed- (1 block carbs)
1 cups unsweetened applesauce (2 blocks carbs)
6 cashews- (2 blocks fat)
