Taco Salad- 3 blocks
3 cups mixed greens (1/2 block carbs)
1/4 cup kidney beans (1 block carbs)
3 oz turkey taco meat (2 blocks protein)
1 oz cheddar cheese (1 block protein/ 3 blocks fat)

I can't wait to try this Taco Salad! Man, I thought Shari was joking or over exaggerating about the "cheat day hangover", but today I really feel awful. Yesterday was my cheat day and I really over did it. Pasta, tiramisu, pizza, fritos, beer. BLECH! This morning I felt sick and had a really rough time with the WOD. I am so happy to be back to regular normal feedings today. Next cheat day will be a little more controlled.

Neile- I have opted for a cheat meal rather than a crazy cheat day because I did not like how yucky it made me feel. The great news is that you are doing it the right way! Amazing how good it feels to eat the right things huh?
