I am looking to change the format of the Eat This blog a bit and would like some feedback. Please let me know what you are interested in seeing on the blog. Be specific (less recipes, more education, more open forum etc...) on what you would find the most helpful. Let me know what you think!! Post thoughts to comments...
More education would be good! Crossfit HQ has been talking more about different ways to do the zone. Have loved the recipe ideas though...i tend to eat the same things! Keep it up!

ReplyDeleteThanks for asking! I'd love it if it were easier to find recipes. Not just the ones you post, but the ones in comments. Once Annie talked about a recipe Rowena had with that Brocoli Slaw and I ended up Google'ing Rowena + Broccoli Slaw + Eat This and there is was. Wait, maybe that IS the easy way. Anyway, you catch my drift...
Your recipes are awesome, so it would be nice if they were easier to find...

I agree with Annie!! Seeing how people are benefiting would really help me stay motivated... I go to school at Dartmouth, and luckily the food is pretty good but I tend to eat the same thing almost every day... having some variations of the zone would help too!!

ReplyDeleteI check this blog everyday and make a lot of what you post so thank you for your dedication to the daily posts! I would love to hear what works others as well. It would be great to hear how others break up their blocks throughout the day and what they eat between meals.....I am one of those too that tends to eat the same thing for weeks until I hear of something new to try and get hooked on that.

ReplyDeleteMore recipes! I agree with previous posts, more breakfast ideas and snacks. Like everyone else, I tend to eat the same things. Mostly due to my ER work schedule, and things that are easy to bring to work. I love this blog and thanks for doing it!
ReplyDeleteA 2-3 day meal plan that is simple and uses similar ingredients. I don't mind eating the same things for a few days because I don't have a lot of time to cook and shop for food. Thanks for the blog!
