Salsa Burger

This is a turkey burger patty with a half an ounce of mozzarella cheese and about a TB of salsa. Quite tasty...even without the bun!
4 1/2 oz turkey patty (3 blocks protein)
1 1/2 cups green beans (1 block carbs)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce (2 blocks carbs)
Make sure you add fat to this (I had almonds).

  1. Other then your wonderful blog,where can I find more support regarding the Zone Diet. I have tried the Zone website,but doesn't seem to be so many athletes on there. Any advice?? I feel sort of alone...

  2. Trixie- Have you checked any of the other Crossfit sites? Many Crossfitters are Zoner's. Other than that...there is not a lot of information out there. Let me know if you find any good one's!
