Snacks!!!

looks like a good start to me!
ReplyDeleteAwesome list! Thank you. I had read somewhere on one of the Crossfit - Nutrition sites that 1.5 oz fish (e.g. tuna) equaled one block of protein. I see that the snack list has packed canned tuna as 1oz=1block.
