What are your thoughts on coconut milk in a paleo/zone diet? i love cooking with it and wouldn't mind throwing some in my tea. Kelly, I know I already told you.... so inspirational! Josh and I are on our way to better eating. Great idea to have reviews from new converts and see athlete profiles.
