1 Whole Wheat Carb Balance tortilla
2 cups mixed greens
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
3 oz chicken breast cut into strips
1 oz cheddar cheese
1 Tb chipotle seasoning
Saute chicken strips and chipotle seasoning until cooked. Add peppers and saute until tender. Layer tortilla with greens, cheese and chicken mixture. Roll tortilla and cut in half.
This recipe makes one 3 block meal.
