How about tortillas? Where are they on the favorable/unfavorable list? Is there a recommendation? I love to zone breakfast burritos and other Mexican style foods.

ReplyDeleteYou can eat tortillas- just make sure you look closely at the labels. I use the carb balance tortillas made by Mission. They are 1 block per tortilla. Most others are at least 2 and sometimes 3 per tortilla.

2 cups cauliflower (1 bl.)
2 tbsp. vinegar (1 bl.)
1 and 1/3 tsp. olive oil
Had some Halloween candy though, which I'm not recording.
