  1. OK Michelle, perfect dinner tonight:

    5 blocks:

    5 oz. roasted chicken
    2 cups string beans (steamed)
1 and 2/3 tsp. olive oil drizzle
    1/2 cup grapes
    1 apple

  2. How about tortillas? Where are they on the favorable/unfavorable list? Is there a recommendation? I love to zone breakfast burritos and other Mexican style foods.

    Hungry in Santa Cruz!

  3. Anonymous-

You can eat tortillas- just make sure you look closely at the labels. I use the carb balance tortillas made by Mission. They are 1 block per tortilla. Most others are at least 2 and sometimes 3 per tortilla.

  4. Dinner tonight (Friday):

    4 oz. roasted chicken
1 cup green beans (1 bl.)

    3 cups lettuce (1 bl.)
    2 cups cauliflower (1 bl.)
    2 tbsp. vinegar (1 bl.)
1 and 1/3 tsp. olive oil

Had some Halloween candy though, which I'm not recording.

    Ready for Ripp tomorrow!
