Notice to Eat This Bloggers...
I am changing the schedule of posts for this blog to Monday through Friday. I will be checking the blog on the weekends, I just will not be posting on the weekends.
Thanks guys...I have actually tried the co-author thing and it has not worked out too well. I would love to get some recipes and photos from the Zoners that follow the blog and post those...(hint hint).
Oh my.... I just was told " you should post that recipe on Michelle's Zone blog! Look's like good timing. Michelle I don't know if I would have the time to take a pic's but perhaps I could pass on some recipes and you could re create them and post? Just a thought. :) Let me know what ya think. By the way good for you for holding on to your weekend time!
By the way the recipe was: 1/2 cup grapes, 1/2 apple, 1/2 pear, chopped in small pieces, 3 oz chopped baked (or canned would work too )chicken pieces. Combine all above with a little veganaise/mayo and toss in a few walnut pieces, add salt and pepper to taste. Super easy, tasty 3 block chicken fruit salad. I eat this w celery sticks and bring to work, it could be served over lettuce/spinach. I used 1/4 c. fuyu persimmon the other day instead of the apple! AMAZING! (shhh...don't tell Annie)
Thanks Michele for all you do!!! Enjoy your weekends! You deserve it! I guess I can survive Fri-Mon without your meals. :)
ReplyDeleteYour site is great. Would you ever consider having co-authors post on the weekends? Or maybe re-post old posts over the weekend? Just a thought.
ReplyDeleteI tend to agree with mrjwhit. Co-authors could be great. More ideas and ingredients, and less time for one person to maintain.
ReplyDeleteBut you've done a WONDERFUL job with this blog. It's one of 5 or so blogs that I check daily trying to garner new recipe ideas!

ReplyDeleteMichele,
ReplyDeleteThis is such a great resource and I'm grateful for your generosity. Take your weekends back. ;-)
