After a weekend of eating, and eating and eating....I have tried to keep our meals on the lighter side this week!
Skirt Steak Salad- 3 blocks
4 cups mixed greens (1 block carbs)
1/4 cup kidney beans (1 block carbs)
3 croutons crushed (1 block carbs)
3 oz skirt steak strips (3 blocks protein/ 1 block fat)
olive oil/balsamic dressing (2 blocks fat)

ReplyDeleteI am back on today with a vengeance. Started yesterday, but faltered by dinner. Today has been solid. It's 7:00 and I am only at 13 blocks, so that means I get a 3 -4 block snack later on. Woo-hoo!
Dinner:
5 oz. roasted chicken
2 cups green beans (olive oil drizzle)
1/2 c. couscous
kambucha (a tea drink that I counted as 1 block carb)
