Turkey Meatballs
A standby in my house! These make great leftovers for lunch so make extra!!! Turkey Meatballs- 3 blocks 3-4 turkey meatballs (3 blocks protein) 1 1/2 cups steamed broccoli (1 block carbs) 2 cups salad with olive oil dressing (2 blocks carbs/ 3 blocks fat) Post thoughts to comments.
What a coincidence I had these tonight. This is one of the most versatile foods you can make. They are easy to measure and go with just about anything. Thanks again Michele !
I love these and just so happen to have them for lunch today too! I can't wait. I've been struggling with staying away from cheat items since the holidays, but have decided to start over with no cheating for two weeks. I really didn't think I could do it, but someone just walked in my office with a plateful of huge, delicious looking cookies and I said "no, thank you." I heard Shari's voice in my head saying "don't let them help you fail". Or something like that. Whew. Thanks Shari for your continued encouragements and to Michelle for this great site!
