Summer is an ideal time for something I think most of us do not get enough of...REST!!! I posted not too long ago about the importance of sleep, but are you getting enough rest? As Crossfitters, most of us push our bodies very hard, and give our nutrition more attention than the average American. However, all that can come undone if your body gets worn down with no recovery. So...spend a day or two relaxing and getting the recovery your body needs. It will only enhance the nutrition and exercise portions of your life that are already in place.Communicate about your diet!
