Zoned Turkey Meatballs

I have started doubling this recipe so that I have leftovers. These make great lunches and snacks. The recipe has been posted previously, but if you need it let me know!
Turkey Meatballs- 3 blocks
3-4 meatballs (3 blocks protein)
2 cups mixed green salad with kidney beans, goat cheese, pecans, crushed crouton pieces and olive oil dressing (2 blocks carbs, 3 blocks fat)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (1 block carbs)

OK confession time! I had alcohol Sat., pie, mashed potatoes, movie popcorn, peanut mnm's in an 8 hr period... and Yep.. I feel like doodoo. Thank goodness for the zone! A little freeing to go off and not care for a day but... so feel sooo much better on it. OOH its Sunday and I can make a class to burn a few kernels of butter popcorn. yeay... off to x fit i go.....
