Chicken Quesadilla

1 whole wheat Carb Balance Tortilla (cut in 2 halves)(1/2 block carbs)
1/8 cup black beans (rinsed) (1/2 block carbs)
1/2 red bell pepper sliced (1/4 block carbs)
2 oz grilled chicken sliced (2 blocks protein)
1 oz shredded mozzarella (1 block protein)
2 cups mixed green salad (2 blocks carbs/ 3 blocks fat)

How long does it take to cook? I haven't made Quesadillas, but this recipe looks great!!!

Amy- I spray a skillet with olive oil spray and cook for a couple minutes on each side. Just long enough to warm through and melt the cheese.

Thanks! Another question, what is your opinion on cooking sprays? Is it better to use a spray, or use real oil?
