Santa Maria Tri-tip

Trip Tip Dinner- 3 blocks
3 oz sliced tri-tip (3 blocks protein)
2 cups mixed green salad with goat cheese, kidney beans, pecans and olive oil dressing (2 blocks carbs/ 3 blocks fat)
2 cup stir fried veggies (1 block carbs)
