This is one of our favorite's, too. I actually love them cold the next day for lunch! Michele, what are your feelings on the fish oil supplements?

The Eades' have a ton of great info, including taking fish oil by the spoon vs the capsule. Unless you are willing to bite open a capsule and make sure it is not rancid, you are risking taking rancid fish oil, which is worse than taking none at all. When capsules are shipped they often are trucked through high temps, and then shelved for a long time...bad.
Nordic naturals and Carlsons fish oil in the bottle are the ultimate way to take fish oil...they both have a citrus flavor so you can down them... and you will know they are rancid if the taste is bitter.

Yes, it looks yummy. But for those of us that are, well... special needs in the kitch, are meatballs nothing more than balls of ground turkey? Do you need to add anything to them to make them super delicious?

Ciao,

Chan
