The Taste of Summer

Summer is such a wonderful time of year to find great snacks such as fresh strawberries, blackberries and raspberries. Take advantage of the season and enjoy some of your favorites!
Quick Berry Snack- 1 block
1 cup mixed berries (1 block carb)
1 mozzarella cheese stick (1 block protein)
3 cashews (1 block fat)

I see all the incredible meals! Yum. Is there a general grocery list that you can post that would include some nice staples for cooking all these glorious meals!

also, i have a hard time measuring the food (maybe i need to be less lazy), any good tips on practically premeasured foods? or how to eyeball it? or do i really just need to measure?

Great idea with the grocery list...although my likes and dislikes may be different from yours, so feel free to subsitute! As far as measuring goes. I HIGHLY recommend that you invest in a food scale (you can get cheap one's that work great). The idea of measuring your food is less for the exactness and more to give you the idea of what your portion sizes should look like at your meals. After you are comfortable with that you will get good at eyeballing your food. Although I would still measure frequently because our portion sizes tend to grow without the scale to keep us honest!
