2 cups broccoli slaw (1/4 block carbs0
1 1/2 cups cauliflower (1/2 block carbs)
1 cup celery chopped (1/2 block carbs)
1/2 cup chopped onion (1/2 block carbs)
slivered almonds to top (3 blocks fat)
