Salmon Burgers

These are absolutely yummy! They are easy to prepare, really healthy, and affordable! I got these at Costco.
No need to thaw first, just heat 4 oz burger on the grill
I put it on top of broccoli slaw (sauteed with 1 tsp olive oil, and 1 Tbsp Lemon grass)
I also served with 1/2 Cup cantaloupe
This is a 3 block meal and is paleo. Enjoy!

Aren't salmon burgers THE best for those quick times!?! I will try the lemon grass and cantaloupe too! Thanks!

I love those too, so much easier than always having to stop at Whole Foods and great price! I serve mine with mixed green salad and warm balsamic Vinigrette over it all.
Keep up the recipes, I love the variety!

This meal is fantastic! Just to throw it in there, there are a few must-buys from Costco: almond butter (not organic, but a great value), blueberries and avocados, and bulk nuts (the pecans and almonds are good). A favorite of mine for times when I can't prepare meals, I like the canned wild alaskan pink salmon... nothing added!

Hi Trixie! Mel had some GREAT staple buys from Costco, and my personal favorites as well! I would add to the list, their pre-packaged chicken breasts, frozen shrimp, frozen scallops, eggs, packaged fresh spinach, asparagus, and olive oil! There's probably more, too. I love shopping there for great values, but one trip sure can put a dent in my checkbook! :)
