Bacon, Egg and Cheese Muffin

A much healthier version of the original!
Bacon Egg and Cheese Muffin- 2 blocks
1 whole wheat English muffin toasted (2 blocks carbs)
1 egg (1 block protein)
1 1/2 strips turkey bacon (1/2 block protein)
1/2 oz cheddar cheese (2 blocks fat/ 1/2 block protein)

This was tasty, but I got to wondering about the carb count and all the guides I have seen say english muffin is 1/4 per block, so one english muffin equals 4 blocks, not 2. Maybe it's the whole wheat though?

Joe- Every brand is a bit different, so make sure you check the labels. I use the whole wheat from Trader Joe's.
