Zoned Meatloaf

This recipe is fairly basic for Zoned meatloaf and there are many of them out there, so pick one that best appeals to you. I used only ground turkey, but you can mix in 1/2 ground beef as well for a different flavor. To make: 1 pound ground turkey, 1 egg, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 2 TB Worcestershire sauce, 2 slices Orowheat Light bread (I soak mine in milk to soften), 2 cloves garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
Zoned Meatloaf Dinner - 3 blocks
4 1/2 oz meatloaf- (3 blocks protein)
1 1/2 cups green beans (1 block carbs)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce (2 block carbs)
9 cashews (3 blocks fat)

I was at the store the other day and noticed they had un-sweetened applesauce and an applesauce with no added sugar but had apple juice as a sweetener. I think it upped the carb count a bit. What applesauce do you choose??

I use unsweetened applesauce. It should have nothing other than apples, water and ascorbic acid (to prevent browning).
