Wow! Not one green thing on this plate!!! Must be a cheat day...I want to again stress the importance of taking one day off the measuring, weighing and scrutiny and just eat what you like. I had this for dinner tonight and enjoyed every bite....tomorrow will come soon enough and back to the Zone we go! Happy Cheat Day!

I cheated last night when my wife and I ate out at a local restaurant. Couldn't make it to the WOD today because I felt ill. I don't think the food was bad, but after a week of fairly strict weighing and measuring, my stomach just wasn't ready for a cocktail and rich food.
arturo- I can relate to that ! I have to be careful how much I cheat in a day or I will get sick. It makes you realize how much better your body runs on good food! See you next week!
